Sierpinski Triangle Math Project
Kimberly Lalanne, an eighth grade student in Trinity Catholic Academy's Talented and Gifted program, was the winner of the Sierpinski Triangle Math Project. The Sierpinski Triangle is a fractal named after Polish mathematician, Waclaw Sierpinski, Originally constructed as a curve; this is one of the basic examples of self- similar sets. The triangle is a mathematically generated pattern that can be reproducible at any magnification or reduction.
